Ticket Sales

For all sales processed through our platform, a unified transaction fee applies. This fee is 2.75% of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee of SAR 1.00 per ticket. This simplified fee structure is the same for payments made using any of our provided payment methods.

Withdrawal Fees (International)

For withdrawals made outside of Saudi Arabia, a fee of SAR 50 is charged, plus the applicable 15% VAT. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with international transactions.
