While we facilitate the sale of tickets, the refund policy for each event is set by the individual promoter or event organizer.

Refund Eligibility:

• Rezervd does not offer refunds for tickets sold on behalf of event promoters or organizers. All sales are final unless the event is canceled or postponed.
• In the case of a canceled event, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the event promoter or organizer, and in accordance with their specific refund policy.
• If an event is postponed, tickets will generally be valid for the new event date. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled event, refund requests will be subject to the policy of the promoter or organizer.

Event Cancellation by Promoter:

• If an event is canceled by the promoter, and the promoter authorizes refunds, Rezervd will facilitate the refund process as instructed by the promoter.
• Refunds for canceled events, when permitted by the promoter, will include the ticket price but may not include any additional fees or charges incurred at the time of purchase.

Processing Refunds:

• Any refunds that are issued by the promoter will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Refund processing times may vary and are subject to the policies of the payment processing service utilized by Rezervd.

Requesting Refunds:

• To enquire about the refund policy for a specific event, or to request a refund for a canceled event, please contact the event promoter directly. Contact information for the promoter can typically be found on the event page or ticket.
• Rezervd customer service can assist in providing promoter contact information but does not have the authority to approve refunds on behalf of promoters.

Changes to Refund Policy:

• Rezervd reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
